YOGA CLASS FAQs!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST YOGA CLASS?

Our yoga classes are open to all levels, and our amazing instructors program each class to help you slow down, restore your body, and stretch your muscles. You will spend an hour flowing through a variety of poses. Modifications are always available, and safety is your instructor’s top priority. If you are new to yoga, expect to leave class wanting more! We all need more balance, and time on the mat does wonders for any athlete.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY FIRST YOGA CLASS?

Bring a mat and a water to your yoga class. If you do not have a mat, we have some in the studio that you may rent. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. Towels and blocks are provided in the studio.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST YOGA CLASS?

Again, we ask all new clients to arrive 20 minutes before class starts, so you can fill out waivers, grab your mat, use the restroom, settle in, and get set up on your mat with all of the props needed for class. At check in you’ll get a towel and meet your instructor! Be sure to let your instructor know about any injuries or areas of concern so that they can guide you through any necessary modifications.
