We’re so happy you’re here! Before you take your first class, there are a few things you should know… We’re here to answer your questions, and ensure that you’re confident walking in!

 

SPIN CLASS

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST SPIN CLASS?

Get your Dose of cardio and fun in our 45 minute party on a bike! This class is open to all levels, and our rockstar instructors will guide you and cheer you on every step of the way. Every new rider will be set up by the instructor to ensure that your bike settings are perfect. We will make sure you are safe and strong on the bike before class begins. Through out the class, you will ride to the beat! Every move is in sync with the music, and our booming sound system will take your workout to the next level. Every class includes heavy hills, out of the saddle jogs, sprints, and choreography to keep us moving together. BRING YOUR MAGIC TO THE BIKE, AND SEE WHAT THE HYPE IS ALL ABOUT!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY FIRST SPIN CLASS? 

We recommend that all riders bring a water and wear comfortable, sweat-wicking clothing. If you do not have a water, do not worry – we sell them in the studio! We also require that all riders clip into our bike’s SPD pedals. If you don’t have spin shoes, we offer rentals at the front desk. 

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST SPIN CLASS?

Be sure to hydrate and eat a light, nutritious meal before class. Riding on an empty stomach is not a good idea. 

We ask all new clients to arrive 20 minutes before class starts, so you can fill out waivers, grab your shoes, use the restroom, stretch, and get set up on your bike. At check in, you’ll find your spot on the bike map, grab a towel, and meet your instructor!

STRENGTH CLASS

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST STRENGTH CLASS?

Every class is different and all new clients can expect a full body workout that uses a variety of equipment (like dumbbells, bands, pilates balls) and your own body weight to work every muscle group. Our instructors will walk you through the equipment needed for class, and you can ask any questions before class starts. If you have an injuries, be sure to let your instructor know! Modifications are always available. Once you are set up on your mat, you can stretch and get excited for 45 minutes of STRENGTH! With the lights down low and the music loud, class will fly by! We’re sure you’ll love it!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY FIRST STRENGTH CLASS? 

You will spend STRENGTH class on your mat – we recommend bringing your own, but mats are available for you to borrow if needed! Again, water is recommended! Buy one at the studio if you forget yours at home. Wear comfortable clothing that wicks sweat and allows you to move freely. These classes are barefoot, so shoes are not needed!

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST STRENGTH CLASS?

Always be sure to hydrate and eat a light, nutritious meal before class. Working out without fuel is never a good idea!

YOGA CLASS

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST YOGA CLASS?

Our yoga classes are open to all levels, and our amazing instructors program each class to help you slow down, restore your body, and stretch your muscles. You will spend an hour flowing through a variety of poses. Modifications are always available, and safety is your instructor’s top priority. If you are new to yoga, expect to leave class wanting more! We all need more balance, and time on the mat does wonders for any athlete.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY FIRST YOGA CLASS? 

Bring a mat and a water to your yoga class. If you do not have a mat, we have some in the studio that you may rent. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. Towels and blocks are provided in the studio.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST YOGA CLASS?

Again, we ask all new clients to arrive 20 minutes before class starts, so you can fill out waivers, grab your mat, use the restroom, settle in, and get set up on your mat with all of the props needed for class. At check in you’ll get a towel and meet your instructor! Be sure to let your instructor know about any injuries or areas of concern so that they can guide you through any necessary modifications.
